Book Co-Op
The CMEA Book Co-Op will be open for use for students who have a GREEN Building Access Badge. Our online system will be open for book reservations beginning at 9:00AM EST on Monday, January 25th. Our new system will allow you to reserve books online and see what we have in inventory!
Step 1: Setup your Libib account. Use this form to create your account. Your account will allow you to place a hold on books. An email with further instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours notifying you that your account has been created. This email will also include instructions on how to setup you account. Instructions on this process can also be found in this document. If you have already created a Libib account for the CMEA Book Co-Op in the past, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Place a hold on your books. Instructions on placing a hold on your books can be found here under the subheader, Placing a Hold (optional feature). NOTE: Holds will not be accessible until 9:00AM on Monday, January 25th.
Step 3: Schedule a pick-up appointment through our appointment calendar. Appointments will be available in 15-minute increments. We have pickup dates on January 27th, February 3rd, February 5th, and February 8th. If these dates do not work for you, please reach out to Obella Obbo at oo124@georgetown.edu to arrange for a different time and day.
Step 4: Pick up your books. A CMEA staff member will be distributing books from Leavey Bridge. Students must arrive with a GREEN Building Access Badge AND must be wearing a mask. Students who do not have either will not be allowed to pick up their textbooks. For instructions on how to set up your Building Access Badge, please visit this website.
If you have any questions regarding this process or are experiencing any difficulties, please email Onrei Josh Ladao at opl6@georgetown.edu.
